After the initial consultation, we will present various concepts and potential designs for your review. We will then work with you to refine the initial ideas and turn them into a comprehensive design that meets your expectations and budget.
Once all the design elements are agreed upon, we will present a quotation for your evaluation. The exact quotation will include all the agreed-upon design details, specifications and costs. Once the quote is accepted, we will begin to turn your ideas into reality!
To finish the design, we work with you to find the perfect diamond or gemstone for your setting. We will source the stones and discuss the selection with you to ensure they fit your budget, personal preferences, and lifestyle. This will help you confidently choose the perfect fit for your design.
Once we have selected your diamond, we will begin designing your setting based on the previously agreed-upon concept and specifications. Once the design is completed, we will provide you with a digital render for your approval.
Once the design has been approved, we will create the setting and set the diamonds or gemstones according to the design specifications. This process normally takes around 6-8 weeks.
Once the jewellery is complete, it will be independently inspected and valued to ensure that it meets our manufacturing standards and allows you to insure your jewellery.
Once we have received your payment in full, we will ensure the safe delivery of your stunning jewellery. Our customary service is to deliver your jewellery by hand wherever possible and practical.
